What we collect

We keep collection to what the Service actually needs:

• Quiz answers — your responses about your goals, the areas you want to focus on, your activity level, and (optionally) your height and weight. These are wellness-adjacent and can be sensitive, so we treat them with extra care: they are used to build your plan and are never sold.
• Email address and your marketing preference — collected at the end of the quiz. The marketing checkbox is unchecked by default, and transactional email (your plan, receipts) is kept separate from marketing email.
• Purchase data — which plan you bought, amounts, currency, and subscription status. Card details go directly to our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage events — pages viewed, quiz steps completed, and similar product events, plus basic technical data such as browser type.

Why we use it

We do not sell personal data. We use what we collect:

• To build and deliver your personalized plan from your quiz answers.
• To process your purchase, manage your subscription, and send transactional email such as your welcome email and receipts.
• To send marketing email only if you opted in — every message includes an unsubscribe link.
• To understand how the site and quiz are used, and to improve them, using event data.
• To measure advertising conversions.

Who processes data for us

We share personal data only with service providers acting on our instructions. They are identified here by role rather than by brand, since providers can change:

• A payment processor — handles checkout, card data, subscription billing, and receipts.
• An email delivery provider — sends transactional email and, with your consent, marketing email.
• A product analytics provider — measures how the site and quiz are used.
• An advertising measurement service — receives conversion events (with hashed identifiers) so we can measure our ads; its browser-side tags load only after you consent.
• A database and hosting provider — stores the data described above on our behalf.

Cookies and pixels

Essential cookies keep the Service working: a signed session cookie that carries your quiz progress, and a cookie that remembers your consent choice. These are always on.

Analytics and advertising cookies and pixels load only after you choose Accept in the cookie banner. Reject non-essential is a real choice — everything on the site works without them. To change your mind later, clear this site’s cookies and choose again when the banner reappears.

Separately from cookies, our own server keeps a first-party log of funnel events (for example, that a quiz step was completed). This logging does not depend on the cookie banner; it is how we operate the Service and measure key steps such as purchases.

How long we keep it

Quiz sessions and answers that never become a purchase are deleted or anonymized within 24 months. Customer records (account, purchases, your plan) are kept for as long as your account exists, and afterwards only as long as bookkeeping and tax law require. Event data is retained for product analytics and is aggregated or anonymized where possible.

Your choices and rights

Email hello@getcellufix.com to access, correct, export, or delete your data — deletion requests are honored for both EU and US visitors. Marketing email always includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect transactional email you need, such as receipts and account notices.

If you are in the EU/EEA, you additionally have rights under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection) and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
