Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 27, 2026

This notice explains how CelluFix handles "consumer health data" as defined by the Washington My Health My Data Act and Nevada Senate Bill 370. It is written for consumers in Washington and Nevada, and we honor it for everyone, wherever you live. It supplements our Privacy Policy; where this notice is more specific about health data, this notice controls.

The consumer health data we collect

CelluFix is a wellness program focused on the appearance of skin, and everything it collects comes from what you choose to share with it. The categories of consumer health data we collect are:

  • Quiz answers about your body and habits — the body areas you select, how noticeable the appearance feels to you, how long it has been on your mind, what you have tried, your age band, your activity level, your available time, and your nutrition style. Height and weight are optional and skippable.
  • Optional measurements you log in the member area — waist, hips, thigh, and weight values — along with your workout completion and streaks.
  • Optional progress photos in the member area, and the optional 0–3 check-in score you can attach to a photo set. Photos are off by default and begin only after their own separate, never pre-ticked consent screen.
  • Messages you send to our support inbox, if you choose to include health information in them.

Where it comes from

Directly from you, and nowhere else. Every category above is something you type, select, or upload yourself. We do not buy health data, we do not collect it from other companies or data brokers, and we do not track your health across other apps or websites.

From your quiz answers, software derives one thing: your personalized program. That derived plan is treated with the same care as the answers it came from.

Why we collect and use it

We collect and use consumer health data for these purposes, and no others:

  • To build and deliver the personalized program you ask us for when you take the quiz and purchase a plan.
  • To run the optional member tools you choose to turn on — the measurements log, workout tracking, and progress photos.
  • To operate and improve the Service, using our own first-party log of product events such as a quiz step being completed or a measurement being logged.
  • To answer you when you email support.
  • To meet legal obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims if that ever becomes necessary.

Consent, and how to withdraw it

We collect these categories only as needed to provide the program you request, and the optional ones only if you turn them on. Wherever we ask for consent, the checkbox is never pre-ticked. Marketing email is a separate opt-in and is not based on your health data.

You can withdraw any consent at any time. Photo consent has its own control on the Photos tab — withdrawal deletes all your progress photos immediately. For everything else, email hello@getcellufix.com. Withdrawing consent never changes the service or the price you receive.

Who we share it with — processors only

We never sell consumer health data, and we never share it with advertising companies. There are no affiliates with access to it. The only advertising-related data flow in the Service — the conversion measurement described in our Privacy Policy — is structurally limited to the fact of an email capture, a checkout, or a purchase; it can never carry quiz answers, measurements, or photos.

The only companies that handle consumer health data are service providers ("processors") acting on our documented instructions under contract, in these categories:

  • A database and storage provider — holds the data described above, including the private, access-controlled photo storage.
  • A hosting provider — runs the website and the scheduled jobs described in our Privacy Policy, such as the automatic photo-deletion job.
  • An email delivery provider — sends your plan access, receipts, and sign-in links.
  • A product analytics provider — receives the product events described above so we can see how the program is used.

Your rights

If you are a Washington or Nevada consumer — and, as a matter of policy, wherever you live — you have the right to:

  • Know and access — confirm whether we collect or share consumer health data about you, receive a copy of it, and receive a list of the specific companies we share it with, together with contact details for each.
  • Withdraw consent — stop our collection or sharing of your consumer health data going forward.
  • Delete — have your consumer health data deleted. We delete it from our systems and instruct each processor holding it to do the same.

How to exercise them, and how appeals work

Email hello@getcellufix.com from the address you used on your quiz or purchase — that address is also how we verify a request is really yours. There is no fee, exercising a right never affects your service or price, and we respond within 45 days as these laws require.

If we decline a request, we will tell you why. You can appeal by replying to our decision and saying you want to appeal — a person will review it and respond within 45 days. If the appeal does not resolve things, Washington consumers may contact the Washington State Attorney General, and Nevada consumers the Nevada Attorney General.
